A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Monitoring & Testing Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular monitoring and testing of operational processes to ensure compliance with established standards
Compile and analyze findings from speech analytics and compliance reviews, developing detailed reports on outcomes and recommendations
Collaborate with operational teams to develop remediation plans and track the implementation of corrective actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication, Legal Studies, or a closely related field
2-3 years of relevant experience in monitoring & testing, quality assurance, or compliance, preferably in a collection agency or financial services setting
In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Proficiency in using speech analytics software and other quality monitoring tools
Professional certification in quality assurance and / or compliance is desirable
