Maintenance Manager

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability in people management, coaching, and team development
• Hands-on experience with CMMS systems and practical knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance strategies
• Proven success in leading reliability and maintenance improvement initiatives
• U.S. citizen or green card holder
