Associate Dentist

Fort Wayne, IN

Average Production : $150,971 per month

  • Average Collections : $145,860 per month
  • Total Operatories : 8
  • Total Doctors : 1
  • Total Hygienists : 3 full time, 1 part time
  • Technology : Open Dental, Dexis, Sensors
  • Insurance Accepted : In network with Delta Dental Premier only, FFS, No Medicaid or Medicare plans
  • The community would benefit from a provider that is proficient in root canal therapy and places implants.
