Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk

SureStay Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

Responsibilities :

• Process invoices and expense reports
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Prepare and maintain financial reports
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
