• Handle operational inquiries, proactively / reactively reach out to REMS customers, provide education on portals, audits, and processes
• Assist in educating healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Healthcare experience, risk, or compliance background helpful
• Strong relationship-building soft skills required
• Travel up to 25%, including possible onsite training or conference attendance
