Hours Per Week : 20 hours

Schedule : Evenings, 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, every other weekend and holiday

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $4,500

SUMMARY : Join our dedicated nursing team as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in providing personalized, high-quality patient care. Your proactive approach and commitment to maintaining excellent patient standards will be essential to our team’s success.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Patient Care & Service : Assist residents with activities of daily living, transport them to various activities, and provide leisure activities tailored to their needs while performing evaluations and offering support to residents and families.
• Safety : Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communication & Documentation : Provide timely responses to resident requests, support families by directing them to appropriate staff, and communicate effectively with team members.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

This position involves medium work, including the ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. It requires frequent walking, standing, and squatting.

PAY RANGE : $19.90 - $21.10

The listed pay range is a good faith estimate of potential base pay for a successful applicant. It may be adjusted in the future and is eligible for additional pay components based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
