Schedule : Days, 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm Monday - Friday, every other weekend, holidays
Sign-On Bonus : Up to $4500
SUMMARY :
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized patient care in collaboration with our dedicated nursing team. Your proactive approach to assisting patients will be essential for the successful functioning of our care team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Patient Care & Service : Assist residents with their daily activities as specified in their personalized care plans, transport them to various activities, and offer emotional support to residents and their families.
Safety : Help maintain a clean and secure environment for all residents.
Communication & Documentation : Provide timely responses to resident requests, guide families to the appropriate staff, and ensure accurate reporting and handover to team members.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in New York State.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
M - Medium Work - Ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly. This role requires frequent walking, standing, and squatting.
PAY RANGE : $19.90 - $21.10
