What You'll Do :

Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as per site and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
