As a patrol unarmed officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. This role involves routine patrols, visible engagement with tenants and visitors, and delivering exceptional customer service. As this is a driving post, a valid driver's license is required. Time : Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM, Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM.

What you'll do : provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel. Assist with controlling access to the premises by monitoring entry and exit points as required. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to address security-related needs and support daily operations.

Minimum requirements : a valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
