Primary Purpose :

As a Senior Engineer, you will lead and execute studies, plan specifications, performance assessments, and analysis related to Exelon's transmission facilities and systems. You will provide consultation and recommendations based on your analysis of both company and customer systems, processes, and equipment. Your role will also involve reviewing financial data, offering technical expertise for strategic and operational decisions, and mentoring others in the field.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead complex engineering projects requiring advanced expertise and independent actions.
• Analyze and develop plans for projects with significant financial implications.
• Participate in project planning, attending meetings, and overseeing performance to ensure results.
• Provide expert consultation and serve as a resource for technical training and mentorship.
• Act as an expert witness or provide expert opinions as required.
• Incorporate advanced engineering principles to enhance safety, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Engage in industry committees to remain informed about new technologies and recommend strategic business decisions.

This position is based out of our Oakbrook Terrace, IL office, and offers a hybrid work model with in-office requirements at least three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
