Description
Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Python AI Engineer to join its innovative team.

This role is part of a cutting-edge project aimed at developing a next-generation voice assistant powered by artificial intelligence for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). The assistant will be capable of understanding customer intent and responding in high-quality, natural language via voice.

We’re looking for a Python engineer with experience in AI, ML, and modern web frameworks to join a long-term, fully remote engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build secure, scalable APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI GPT-3.5 for natural language understanding and generation
• Work with vector databases (e.g., ChromaDB, Weaviate) for semantic search
• Implement text embedding, chunking, and advanced prompt engineering techniques
• Ensure high performance and stability of AI-driven services
• Package services using Docker and maintain modular, production-ready code
• (Bonus) Collaborate on voice interface and speech system integrations

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Python and FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Practical knowledge of LLM integration (OpenAI, GPT-3.5, etc.)
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search concepts
• Experience with text processing (embedding, chunking) and prompt engineering
• Ability to build secure, scalable APIs
• Hands-on experience with Docker

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with speech systems or AI agent frameworks
