We are seeking an Account Specialist to join our Client Services team at our Blankenbaker location. This role ensures smooth communication, accurate service order management, and a seamless customer support experience.
As an Account Specialist, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, managing account onboarding, billing, and lifecycle tracking with professionalism. You'll ensure data accuracy in our CRM, handle invoicing, and follow up on payments. Success depends on your attention to detail, calmness under pressure, and ability to navigate client and team interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new client accounts and ensure complete CRM setup.
- Maintain accuracy in client records and account data.
- Manage recurring and complex billing processes.
- Track account lifecycle, including client imports and service timelines.
- Generate invoices and follow up on unpaid invoices.
- Monitor accounts receivable and support financial tracking.
- Act as a responsive point of contact for client issues.
- Collaborate across departments, managing internal communications professionally.
- Maintain clear records of service orders and resolutions.
