Role Purpose
The Director, Policy and Advocacy - AMR & Sustainable Innovation will lead development and implementation of GSK's global policy and advocacy strategy to advance sustainable models that enable continued R&D investment in and value recognition for a range of biopharma innovations relevant for tackling AMR as well as supporting equitable access for patients worldwide.
This role will shape the external policy environment to ensure that innovative antimicrobials and AMR‑relevant vaccines can be discovered, developed, and delivered sustainably – aligning with GSK's commitment to responsible business, global health security, and company growth. The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $162,750 to $271,250. This position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in a share‑based long term incentive programme. Benefits include health care and other insurance benefits, retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver / parental and medical leave.
