New York Licensed Legal Consultant

A company is looking for an Independent Legal Consultant to support operations by reviewing contracts and providing legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Review and provide guidance on various contracts, including hotel and sales agreements

Identify key contractual terms and provide actionable feedback to the internal team

Maintain organized records of contract reviews and ensure timely execution of contracts

Qualifications

Law degree and admission to, or in the process of admission to, the New York State Bar

Minimum of 2-3 years of legal experience, preferably with contracts in relevant settings

Demonstrated ability to independently review and interpret contracts

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Familiarity with New York City operational or political environments is a plus
