Key Responsibilities

Monitor and resolve issues within client production environments, ensuring timely support for production issues

Enhance configurations and processes for clients based on evolving needs through continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with clients and technology providers to improve user experience and manage client expectations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry

Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education

Understanding of the implementation process including requirement analysis and change management

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
