A company is looking for a Managed Services Practice Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Drive practice development and strategy for Managed Services, aligning with company goals

Oversee client engagement and relationship management, ensuring delivery excellence

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT support personnel in a collaborative environment

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with expertise in consulting and IT infrastructure management

5+ years of experience managing operations of a Managed Service team

In-depth knowledge of hybrid and multiple cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Understanding of automation tools, DevOps practices, and CI / CD pipelines

U.S. citizenship status is required for this position
