HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our North American HR team, based at our Indianapolis headquarters. This is a highly visible and strategic role supporting both local operations and broader organizational transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a trusted business partner who combines strong execution capabilities with strategic insight and a disciplined, accountable approach. Job Description

Partner with leadership to drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives. Rebuild trust and credibility within the HR function by consistently delivering on commitments. Lead and execute key HR programs, including performance management, talent development, and change management. Support the adoption and effective use of digital HR tools and systems. Provide hands-on HR support to local leadership while contributing to broader strategic HR initiatives across North America. Collaborate closely with peers across multiple locations to align on best practices and global HR priorities. Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have : 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR, including leadership or business partner roles. Demonstrated success in change management, transformation, and strategic HR execution. Strong proficiency with HR systems, digital tools, and data-driven decision-making. Solid understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance requirements. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws within the FMCG industry. Proven expertise in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
