Position Summary
The Associate Director, Field Medical Capabilities will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and operational excellence that elevate the capabilities, impact, and efficiency of Travere's Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team. This role will play a critical function in driving systems integration, data-driven insights, the execution of training, and cross-functional collaboration that support our scientific engagement strategy. Reporting to the Executive Director of MSLs, this leader will ensure that field medical teams are equipped to deliver high-quality scientific exchange and support the evolving needs of our internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of MSL Coaching and Development programs in collaboration with Regional Directors
Provide subject matter expertise and support for existing tools and platforms for KOL identification, profiling and engagement including CRM tools, insight collection, KOL management databases & data visualization tools for tracking and reporting KOL engagement metrics and outcomes
Develop and lead process for documenting and sharing best practices within MSL team
Establish and track KPIs to measure field medical performance, engagement quality, and value delivery.
Act as a key connector between Field Medical and broader GMA and Commercial partners, ensuring alignment in priorities.

Compensation
Our competitive compensation package includes a combination of both cash compensation (base pay and short-term incentive) and long-term incentive compensation (company stock), designed to recognize, retain, and reward employees.
Target Base Pay Range : $146,000.00 - $190,000.00
