Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health RN to support a home health agency in Butler, GA. In this role, you'll deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while managing your own schedule and documentation using Homecare Homebase. This position is open to both experienced local candidates and travelers.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct home visits to deliver direct nursing care

Complete and submit OASIS documentation accurately

Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for charting

Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care

Participate in scheduled on-call rotation

Qualifications :

Active RN license in Georgia

Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience

Proficient in OASIS and Homecare Homebase

AHA BLS Certification

Reliable transportation with valid drivers license and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
