Come join an exceptional team of counselors! Freeman Counseling Solutions PLLC provides professional counseling to individuals and couples in Midlothian, VA and the greater RVA area.
We are looking to hire a masters level licensed counselor (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) who desires to join our growing practice in the Midlothian, VA area.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a full, current and unrestricted LMFT or LPC or LCSW in the state of Virginia verifiable through the state licensing board.
- Eligible to legally work in the United States
- High degree of professionalism and ethics
- Excellent time management skills
- Pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
Willingness to provide flexible hours to see clients to include evenings (5p-9p) and / or weekends (Saturday / Sunday) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Administer intake and assessment, deliver interventions, monitor progress, and document accordingly
- Maintain required client contact and confidentiality
- Maintain good standing with the appropriate professional licensing board
- Complete and maintain all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations
- Stay current with updated research and best practices
- Maintain up to date case files within our electronic health record (EHR) system
