• Incentivized bonus plan\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAs a Registered Nurse in our Home Health division, you will be a vital point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care. Your key responsibilities will include : \n
• Performing visits and coordinating client care\n
• Consulting with physicians and the office about patient care\n
• Conducting accurate OASIS collection\n
• Maintaining current medication profiles\n
• Timely reporting of lab values to physicians\n
• Participating in weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings\n\nQualifications\n\nTo succeed in this role, Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following qualifications : \n
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment\n
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred\n
• Proven knowledge and skills in current nursing practice\n
