A company is looking for a Dispatch Specialist I to monitor technician workflow and manage service orders.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize systems to monitor workflow and assign work to qualified technicians

Evaluate and reassign work to available technicians as needed

Contact customers to schedule, reschedule, or confirm appointments and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education with relevant experience

2+ years of related experience

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Strong customer service background

Proficient in Microsoft Windows and PC skills
