Marketing Specialist

Handsome Homebuyer is one of Long Island’s fastest growing real estate investment companies, specializing in buying, renovating, and selling homes. We’re seeking a creative, data-driven, and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor : someone who can dig into data, spin up campaigns, craft compelling content, and optimize for growth. The person in this role will lay the foundation for our marketing strategy. Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of Handsome Homebuyer's unique value proposition and brand positioning.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive lead generation, expand seller outreach, and foster strategic partnerships.
• Optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, email marketing, and influencer seeding.
• Create, test, and iterate growth experiments to identify scalable acquisition channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis insights that inform marketing decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and acquisitions team to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Analyze marketing performance KPI metrics and prepare reports to track campaign effectiveness (i.e. CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
• Stay current on investor & real estate marketing trends, growth tactics, and emerging technologies.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually . Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skills, years of relevant experience, certifications, and geographic location.

Selection Process

The application process begins with a brief initial phone interview for qualified candidates, followed by a short assessment to evaluate skills and role fit. Finalists will then participate in a collaborative panel interview with key team members.
