The majority of our clients are served in typical single family home scattered throughout a community where 3 or 4 clients live together.

We are currently seeking reliable, compassionate individuals to join our Team! We have full-time positions available for 2nd, and 3rd shift.

These openings are in the West Bend area.

All of these positions include working weekends.

All of Bridges employees work an every other weekend rotation.

Our starting wage is $17.00 If you are CBRF certified (community based residential facility).

We offer benefits and a number of other incentives.

The support Bridges provides for our clients could include assistance with personal cares and hygiene, activities and outings, community integration, meal preparation and cleanup, medication administration, medical appointments, and other tasks as needed.

No experience necessary but it is preferable.

We will train you for the position.
