Accounting Manager – HOAMCO (Phoenix / Scottsdale, AZ)

Are you an experienced accounting professional ready to lead and make an impact? HOAMCO is seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee a team of portfolio accountants while also directly managing a small portfolio of accounts. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting background, proven management skills , and the ability to build and improve policies and procedures that support accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

This can be a hybrid / remote position.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn a proprietary computer program.

Key Responsibilities :

Selected candidate subject to a drug and background screening. Candidates are subject to two Accounting assessment tests.
