Introduction

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with business partners to develop requirements and document designs. The selected candidate will engage with the architecture team for direction, propose new technology adoption ideas, and work in a matrix environment with both near shore and offshore teammates.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Total experience as a developer : 15 years
• Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence
• Ability to design the system with minimal direction or guidance
• Excellent analytical and logical skills
• Self-starter with thought leadership
• Ability to partner with both technology and business associates to implement solutions
• Strong knowledge of project life cycle, Data Warehousing, Dimensional Data Modeling
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Expert knowledge in Oracle / Exadata
• Expert knowledge in Oracle SQL / PLSQL
• ETL Processing concepts
• Experience in handling large data volumes and performance tuning
