Confidential Job Opening – Precision Manufacturing Technician

(Farmington Hills) – Full-Time – Direct Hire)

Shift- 6 : 30am-2 : 30pm- 4 : 30pm ( overtime schedule)

A confidential, well-established manufacturer is seeking a Precision Manufacturing Technician to support high-performance operations in tooling rework and press operations. What You’ll Do :

Operate a range of machines, including sinter presses, grinders, bridge ports, mixers, and inspection tools

Execute tooling rework procedures including incoming inspection, grinding, gluing, and final quality checks

Set up press parameters and assemble molds for powder compaction and sintering

Follow work instructions and technical documentation with precision and accuracy

Maintain and organize your equipment and workspace to the highest standards

Collaborate with a team that prioritizes on-time delivery and zero-defect quality

What We’re Looking For :

Experience operating industrial equipment and reading blueprints

Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and depth gauges

Solid understanding of tolerances (down to 0.010") and process specifications

A strong sense of organization and ownership over your area

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow technical instructions and production schedules
