Papa Lou's Kitchen in Fayetteville, GA is looking for an “Experienced” COOK. Open since 2007, we have a proven history of food quality and customer service. Our ideal Cook candidate works well independently, is a self-starter, very punctual and reliable and must consistently follows exact recipes.
- Must be available Mon-Fri from 7 : 30a-4p or 3p-8p and Sunday 8a-6p (when needed)
FOOD TRUCK shifts also available for BONUS pay $$
Responsibilities :
Set up workstation and manage items on the steam table dailyFollow EXACT recipes standards, consistentlyCorrectly store, prepare and maintain inventory on a weekly basisFollow all health and food safety guidelinesPrep food items for usage during other shiftsWash dishes during shifts, keeping the sinks and cooking area clean during down timeMonitor and maintain steam table items during shiftsQualifications :
"Deep Frying" experience is a requirementProven working experience as a cookFamiliarity with kitchen equipment and utensilsStrong attention to detail and quality when cookingAble to multi-task well and work independentlyAbility to listen and communicate effectively with ownershipSERVSAFE certification required upon hire or within 3 months after hire (Bonus given when completed)Benefits :
