Job Summary
We are looking for a new member to join our team! We are a small, well established family dental practice with over 25 years of experience and close ties to the community.
Our practice is based on the core value of treating patients with their best interest in mind, rather than "selling"dentistry.
We pride ourselves on a well run front office, friendly atmosphere and outstanding paitent care. As our dental assistant, your primary role is chair-side assistance with restorative procedures.
Additional duties would include basic data entry on Dentrix software, exposure of digital x-rays and routine maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Accurately record medical history
- Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
- Assist the dentist during procedures and exams
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
- Maintain equipment and assist in ordering of supplies
Qualifications
- Dental X-ray Certification
- CDA preferred but not required
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care
