Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Construction Management Intern with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Construction Management to join our team. This role is ideal for a master’s student, recent graduate, or early-career professional who combines technical knowledge with leadership qualities and wants to grow into a Project Manager role within 18 months.

You will work directly with senior leadership and project managers to coordinate field operations, streamline logistics, and implement modern management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operations for municipal construction, water treatment, and service projects
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Coordinate material procurement, logistics, and vendor communication
• Play a key role in business development by forging partnerships with new vendors and potential clients, assisting in converting leads into active business, and supporting the growth of our service operations.
• Help standardize workflows using Procore, QuickBooks, and other software tools
• Be keen on implementing best in class AI tools to transform company processes
• Shadow company leadership and gradually take on supervisory responsibilities
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions
