Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Licensure : Active Ohio State License (LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS). Experience : New graduates welcome; experienced clinicians encouraged to apply. Technical Skills : Knowledge of behavioral health assessment and treatment modalities; EHR proficiency. Soft Skills : Strong therapeutic skills, empathy, cultural competence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Provide individual, group, and family therapy services Develop and implement treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings

Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS) to join a Multi-Specialty Group in Sandusky, OH. This position offers a competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits. New graduates are welcome to apply.
