Responsibilities :
- Manage bidding and budgeting procedures collaboratively with the Estimator
- Facilitate the creation of contract documents for Owners and Architect / Engineers with input from the VP of Operations and Office Manager
- Synchronize project schedules with the VP of Operations and Site Superintendent
- Enforce and oversee all job cost-control procedures
- Ensure adherence with and manage the payment application process
- Additional duties as included in the full job description
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Ability and willingness to learn new systems that increase team efficiency using LEAN principles
