Responsibilities :

  • Manage bidding and budgeting procedures collaboratively with the Estimator
  • Facilitate the creation of contract documents for Owners and Architect / Engineers with input from the VP of Operations and Office Manager
  • Synchronize project schedules with the VP of Operations and Site Superintendent
  • Enforce and oversee all job cost-control procedures
  • Ensure adherence with and manage the payment application process
  • Additional duties as included in the full job description

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Ability and willingness to learn new systems that increase team efficiency using LEAN principles

Education : Bachelors

Qualifications :

  • A Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a Construction related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working in project management roles within construction, ideally specializing in science and technology construction projects
