• Product Knowledge : Become an expert on our new home offerings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
• Consultative Selling : Understand clients' needs, preferences, and budgets, then recommend homes that align with their goals.
• Site Tours : Conduct informative and engaging tours of model homes and communities, highlighting key selling points.
• Contract Negotiation : Guide clients through the sales process, explaining contracts, pricing, and financing options.
• Customer Support : Provide ongoing support and assistance to buyers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Market Research : Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
• Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the sales team.
