Key Responsibilities

Provide IAM thought leadership and guidance to teams and senior stakeholders

Identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth

Oversee project delivery, operational leadership, and team mentorship to achieve strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

At least 15 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Extensive expertise in IAM and security, with knowledge of IGA, AM, PAM, and CIAM

Experience in leadership roles, progressing from business analyst to director level

Strong business acumen and exceptional leadership capabilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and motivate teams effectively
