Job description

ENGINEER TRAINEE FULL TIME

KENNEDY KING COLLEGE

Provides efficient and professional engineering services for the maintenance of the building and grounds of the College.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Maintains the building equipment and machinery to keep them in excellent working condition.
  • Make daily rounds.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Ability to work with hand tools and lawn equipment.
  • Adheres to CCC Customer Service Excellence Standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Current listing on the Local # 399’s Apprenticeship List is required.
  • Knowledge of building operations, systems and equipment repair methods with mechanical ability required.
  • Must possess a high school diploma or the equivalent.

    • Chicago residency is required for all full-time employees within 6 months of hire.
