You will define the roadmap for data pipelines, integrations, and internal APIs that enable teams to build more reliable, scalable, and powerful products. Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and AI teams, you will ensure consistent, high-quality data flow across complex systems. The position involves cross-functional leadership, problem-solving in fast-paced environments, and driving improvements in both developer and end-user experiences. Candidates should be proficient in SQL, data modeling, cloud infrastructure, and have experience with modern data pipelines. This role directly impacts the efficiency and performance of the platform, enabling teams to deliver mission-critical products with confidence and speed.

Accountabilities

• Own the roadmap for data pipelines, integrations, and internal APIs supporting product teams.
• Drive integrations with HRIS, payroll, and external systems to maintain consistent, trustworthy data.
• Define metrics, SLAs, and monitoring processes for platform performance, reliability, and developer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to support data-driven AI features and internal tooling.
• Oversee data operations, designing processes and automations to streamline workflows and ensure data integrity.
• Address critical issues rapidly, coordinating across teams to resolve data import failures, bugs, or inconsistencies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, improve data quality, and enhance the developer experience.
