What You'll Do:

* Lead from the Front: As an Assistant Manager, you'll be hands-on with the team, ensuring smooth daily operations while jumping in and helping wherever needed (production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service).

* Manage Operations: Oversee the production line, maintain quality standards, and ensure the team is operating at peak performance.

* Support & Develop Your Team: Lead by example, provide structured training, mentorship, and feedback to help your younger crew members grow and succeed.

* Maintain a Positive Culture: You'll create a high-energy, clean, and positive atmosphere-whether you're coaching your team or serving guests, the goal is always to inspire excellence.

* Open Availability: You're flexible and can work across various shifts within our operating hours of 5 AM-11 PM.

* Reliable: You have a driver's license, your own vehicle, and dependable transportation to get to work.

* Positive Attitude & Strong Communication Skills: You excel in leading by example, motivating your team, and delivering exceptional results.
