Role and Responsibilities : Administer IV infusion therapies in patients' homes, following precise treatment protocols. Conduct continuous assessments of patient health, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
Ensure detailed and compliant documentation of all treatment activities in the EMR system. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and holistic patient care.
Manage and maintain infusion equipment, adhering to the highest standards of safety and care. Qualifications : A Nursing degree with substantial experience as a Registered Nurse.
Current Registered Nursing license in Virginia. ️ Valid CPR / BLS certification. Ability to travel locally for patient visits in the Hampton area.
