Overview

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a System Support Engineer in Pleasanton, CA

Responsibilities

Prioritize daily work activities based on a LiAt task list which is updated frequently
Ship Liats for depot repair service and receive returned Liats for placement back in the labs
Induct new Liats in the equipment management system
Execute equipment qualifications and initiate review / approval workflow in the electronic document management system (EDMS)
Add or update labeling on the Liats to reflect current status (e.g., GxP vs non-GxP)

Qualifications

Associates degree in engineering or equivalent training with job related experience

1 - 2 years relevant work experience with basic knowledge of instrument support

Demonstrated proficiency to learn new skills and software tools

Must have strong attention to detail

Must be able to consistently follow instructions with a cooperative, can do attitude
