The Digital Marketing Director plays a pivotal role in driving Phoenix Mecanos growth through the expansion and optimization of its digital presence. This position blends strategic digital marketing strategy with strong distribution presence to strengthen partner performance, enhance market visibility, and accelerate revenue generation.
Acting as a connector between Sales and Business Development, this role not only guides the companys digital and B2B marketing strategy but also grows digital presence through distribution growth and collaboration. This position ensures that internal capabilities and product portfolio is strategically positioned the companys website and other digital spaces to optimize lead and opportunity conversion.
Essential Functions
Marketing Strategy
Lead the direction and ongoing improvement of the company website, including structure, content, and conversion optimization strategies.
Collaborate with digital partners and internal resources to manage SEO, analytics, and B2B lead-generation performance.
Identify new digital marketing opportunities that align with the companys distributor / sales goals.
Serve as a strategic bridge between internal marketing priorities and channel-driven marketing initiatives.
Partner Enablement & Marketing Collaboration
Work closely with a marketing execution team to develop impactful content, campaigns, and tools for distributors.
Coordinate co-marketing efforts such as joint campaigns, trade show participation, and digital promotions.
Track campaign results and share insights with both distributors and internal leadership.
Analytics, Reporting & Systems Integration
Use CRM systems to manage distributor relationships, pipeline tracking, and partner performance.
Leverage analytics and marketing dashboards to evaluate campaign ROI and sales funnel efficiency.
Partner with marketing and IT teams to improve data visibility, lead flow, and reporting across systems.
Distribution Sales & Development
Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors, resellers, and distribution / channel partners in alignment with growth goals.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors through structured communication, joint planning, and programmatic support.
Support distributors with up-to-date training, sales tools, and marketing materials to enhance success.

Occasional travel to distributor locations, trade shows, or related partner meetings as needed.
