Electrical Quality Assurance Construction

Location : Columbia, MD

Salary : $100,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description : Our client is currently seeking a Electrical Quality Assurance Construction

• OSHA 30-hour certification (or ability to obtain within three months of hire).
• Extensive knowledge of electrical codes, systems, methods, tools, and materials.
• Considerable construction-related training or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of construction inspection tasks from routine to highly complex.
• Working knowledge of basic math and field measurements.
• CQM (Construction Quality Management).
• CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
• Journeyman or Master Electrical certification / license.
• 10+ years of combined education and / or experience in construction quality management, with demonstrated expertise in planning and inspecting the installation of electrical and low-voltage systems.
• Experience with healthcare, laboratories, K-12 and higher education, and federal / local government projects preferred.
• Familiarity with SCIFs and data centers is a plus.
• Evidence of progressive career development.
• Expertise in QA / QC techniques for electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage technical issues, documentation, and client communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specs, and codes.
• Skilled in applying math and engineering principles to field decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, web tools, and specialized equipment.
• Ability to recognize and resolve quality issues proactively.
• Physical ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and navigate uneven terrain.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
