Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR Consulting team to meet service delivery standards
Provide expert advice on complex HR issues and support clients in navigating regulatory requirements
Develop and deliver internal HR training and create scalable content on HR compliance and best practices
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in strategic HR guidance or as an employment law attorney with a JD or active license in Hawaii
Experience as a senior HR consultant or head of HR in mid-size to large organizations
Proven ability to align people, processes, and performance for strategic outcomes
Experience working across all leadership levels, from frontline managers to the C-suite
Strong track record in solving complex HR and employment issues in mid-to-large organizations
