Job description

Overview

Reporting to the Director of HR Technology, the HRIS Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the organization's HR technology ecosystem. This role leads the team partnering cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure that HR systems are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements, while continuously driving innovation and efficiency.

The Manager, HRIS will spearhead initiatives to streamline HR processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and assist in the delivery of actionable insights through advanced HR analytics. They will also play a critical role in supporting change management efforts, providing training and guidance to system users, and cultivating strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.

This position operates within a dynamic and evolving HR environment and is instrumental in elevating HR operations and improving the overall user experience.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years HRIS experience, including system implementation and optimization.

  • Expertise in SuccessFactors (Core HCM, Performance, Compensation, Succession).

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, ICIMS, AI initiatives, and data warehousing.
