THE POSITION:

The catering event team members serve as the face of 4Rivers and represents our brand and our mission when out on an event or in the community. You are responsible for setting up the food according to company standards for the client and making sure they have everything that they need to be set up for success.

Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring product quality
• Ensuring guest happiness
• Vehicle responsibility; representing the name of 4Rivers out on the road
• Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet
• Firm understanding of Smokehouse and Coop Menu items: ingredients and proper execution
• Food safety best practices

What you will bring to the table::

• Passion and appreciation for an established culture built on principles of charity, hospitality, goodwill, servant leadership, kindness, humility, and integrity.
• Friendly, bright, approachable, and excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well independently and with a team.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Familiarization with company menu offerings and processes.
