The Responsibilities :
- Understand client's workforce needs and assist them to achieve staffing goals
- Monitor client expectations and satisfaction
- Perform record keeping, as well as forecasting and reports
- Use client feedback to drive process improvements
- Establish efficient communication channels between client and internal departments
The Qualifications :
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of customer service experienceMust have a Valid Driver's LicenseMust have minimum of one (1) year of management / leadershipClient Management, Sales, Human Resources, and / or Staffing experience is preferred, but not requiredMust possess the ability to complete administrative tasks through set processes while building client relationshipsMust have exceptional communication skillsMust have strong organizational skills and high attention to detailMust be able to work Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with some early morning or weekend check-insThe Perks :
