The Cost Controlling team is dedicated to analyzing, commenting, and reporting of the Operational Expenses delivered to Senior Management (AXA XL Leadership Team), to AXA Group and to internal stakeholders (Regional CFO's and Finance Teams). This Team is part of the Expense Management department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a great team directly involved in many cross-functional projects and initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to actively participate in the design and optimization of processes and procedures and to expand and develop the Cost Controlling & Reporting for the AXA XL Division.

Applicants for this role must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $73,200 to $99,000 USD. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.
