  • Physician in Practice : 1
  • Support Staff : 4 APPs
  • Office Equipment : Neuro-navigation tools including Globus Robot and Stryker
  • Trauma Level : III
  • X-Ray Onsite
  • EMR : Epic

Requirements :

  • Active CO license (or willing to obtain)
  • BC / BE (ABNS)
  • DEA
  • Clean Record
