We are hiring 1–2 Project Managers or Senior Project Managers in both Southern and Northern California . Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards
• Participate in project planning, value engineering, and risk management efforts
