Key Responsibilities

• Partner with project management and stakeholders to ensure milestones, budgets, and timelines are consistently met.
• Manage change orders, track progress, and assess project impacts to keep work on course.
• Oversee procurement of equipment, materials, and services, including subcontractor selection and coordination.
• Prepare and assemble complete project documentation, including submittal packages.
• Interpret mechanical and plumbing plans, providing clarity and solutions when issues arise.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical questions with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and quality across all phases of project execution.

Ideal Candidate

You bring a solid foundation in MEP systems design and operations—whether through a degree in engineering or relevant hands-on experience. You’re skilled at reading mechanical and plumbing plans, confident with tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and comfortable managing the details that keep projects moving.
