We're now entering a pivotal phase in our product evolution transforming our platform into an AI-powered marketing experience layer that allows enterprise marketers to see, decide, and deliver customer experiences instantly. We're looking for a senior full-stack Product Designer who will play a critical role in that transformation.
The Role
As a Senior Product Designer , you'll shape the end-to-end user experience across our suite of data activation, segmentation, orchestration, and analytics products. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring clarity, elegance, and usability to highly technical marketing workflows.
You are both strategic and hands-on : comfortable defining a design vision from a blank canvas, building scalable design systems, and prototyping complex data-driven interactions.
What You'll Do
Product & Experience Design
- Own the end-to-end design process across discovery, definition, prototyping, and delivery for core platform capabilities (segmentation, journeys, analytics, and AI-driven orchestration).
- Translate highly technical data concepts into clear, intuitive interfaces that marketers can confidently use without technical support.
- Design complex workflows that balance power and simplicity from dynamic segmentation builders to visual journey orchestration tools.
- Create interactive prototypes that express motion, feedback, and state transitions across data-intensive UIs.
Design Systems & Craft
Evolve and maintain MessageGears' design language and system for scalability across multiple products and teams.Establish best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and data visualization across a large enterprise-grade UX surface.Partner with engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation and maintain design integrity in production.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers to shape product vision and translate customer needs into differentiated experiences.Collaborate with AI teams to design natural, intelligent interfaces for AI-assisted workflows (e.g., text-to-SQL, journey suggestions, predictive analytics).Partner with Customer Success and Research to continuously improve usability and drive adoption through insight-driven design.Who You Are
8+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing work in complex SaaS or data-heavy environments and demonstrated leadership responsibilities.Skilled across the full design stack : UX strategy, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design systems.Deep understanding of how to make technical products approachable experience in marketing tech, data analytics, or enterprise software is highly preferred.Comfortable designing for highly complex data structures, APIs, and workflows and simplifying them into human experiences.Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, with experience collaborating closely with engineering on React-based component libraries.Comfort leading workshops, design critiques, and user research sessions with enterprise customers.Conduct UX research to uncover user needs and pain points, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and competitive analysis, to inform empathetic and effective design solutions.Adept at using storytelling and systems thinking to bring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.Nice to Have
